.Design Builders Group is a diversified real estate service company that has built an industry-wide reputation as a premier builder of residential, mixed use and commercial properties in the New York Tri-State area. Since 1982, they have been providing their clients with reliable solutions to their most complex construction challenges. Their expertise spans the construction industry spectrum, ranging from major renovations to multi-million dollar projects.

Working with private home and business owners, realtors, developers, non-profits, banks and architects, we consistently work to enhance the lives of people, families and neighborhoods within the community. Over the years, Design Builders Group has continued to be involved in various phases or real estate development and investment, including land acquisition, construction and construction management. With over twenty years of developing in Westchester County and over a decade in Greenwich, Design Builder Group understands luxury real estate. Some of the renowned projects created in Greenwich include Arbor Rose a ten unit luxury town home development the first of its kind located on East Elm Street in Greenwich, four shingle style town homes on the corner of Havemeyer and Ridge Street in Greenwich, two brick and limestone town homes on the corner of Milbank and Lenox Ave in Greenwich, just to name a few; all of which have set the mark for quality and price. ​In 1982 Design Builders Group began its reign in the construction market in Westchester County building expansive homes in Armonk, Bedford and White Plains. Some of the projects created in Westchester County include single family homes in the Byram Hill Estates in Armonk, four shingle style town homes in Cobblefield in White Plains, a single family brick and limestone residence in downtown Bedford, and numerous major renovations throughout the county; all created with elegance and style.
